About DNBN Samples

DNBN Samples is the sample-pack label and online store of Daniele Boni, an Italian music producer, composer, sound designer and DJ.

DNBN is Daniele's artist project, focused mainly on Psytrance and electronic music. You may also find it as DNBN Music or DNBN Official: these are simply other names of the same project. The sample packs, MIDI, presets and project templates on this site come from the same studio work behind the DNBN productions.

Daniele is also active under the names Lelepower and DJLelepower, his DJ identity. Together with DNBN and DNBN Samples, they are all projects of the same person. The official DNBN artist website is dnbnmusic.com, while dnbnsamples.com is the official store for DNBN sample packs, MIDI, presets and templates.

What we make

Royalty-free sample packs, kicks, MIDI loops, synth presets for Serum, Spire, Sylenth1 and other instruments, and Cubase project templates for Psytrance, Trance, Techno and other electronic music styles. Every product is produced and checked in-house and is 100% royalty-free for commercial use.

Privacy Policy

How DNBNsamples (operated by Daniele Boni, Italy) collects, uses and protects information when you use this website and our services.

1. Data we collect

Your name and email (account, order delivery, optional newsletter), your order history and download log with date and IP address (to protect your downloads against abuse), and the country reported by the payment processor. Card and payment data are processed exclusively by Stripe: we never see or store your card details.

2. How we use it

Email for orders and (only if opted in) newsletter. We never sell or rent your data.

2b. Newsletter and automatic emails

If you subscribe to our newsletter (website footer, welcome pop-up or account settings), we use your email to send new releases, free drops and offers, and we email you a single-use welcome discount code. Only if you are subscribed, we may also send one reminder when a checkout you started is not completed (about one hour later), listing the packs in that cart. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time.

After a purchase we may send one email asking for a review of the packs you bought, about a week later. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in collecting genuine customer feedback (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; Art. 130(4) of the Italian Privacy Code).

Every one of these emails contains a one-click unsubscribe link; you can also write to contact@dnbnsamples.com. Unsubscribing never affects order emails or your download links.

2c. "Notify me" for upcoming releases

If you ask to be notified about a pack marked "Coming soon", we use your email only to send you one email when that pack is released. You do not join the newsletter. Legal basis: your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The address is deleted 12 months after the release email, or earlier on request.

2d. Partner links

If you reach our site through a partner link (for example dnbnsamples.com/r/name, or a link with "?ref=name"), we store the partner's name in a first-party cookie for 30 days and, if you buy, we record on your order which partner referred you. We use this only to measure our channels and to calculate any commission owed to the partner. Partners never receive your name, email or order details, only aggregated totals. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in knowing where sales come from (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

2e. Receipts

Every paid order receives a numbered receipt (PDF) with your name, email, country and the items purchased. If you ask us for a document in the name of a company, we also store the billing details you give us (company name, VAT number, tax code, address). Legal basis: performance of the contract and our legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR).

2a. Anonymous shop statistics

To understand which packs are viewed and added to the cart, our own server counts product page views and add-to-cart clicks. No cookies are used and no IP address, browser details or personal data are stored: for each visit the server computes an anonymous code from a random key that changes every day, and that key is permanently deleted the next day, so the code can no longer be linked to anyone and the same person is not recognisable from one day to the next. The statistics are aggregated per product, are not shared with third parties and are deleted after 25 months. Visits from browsers that send a "Do Not Track" or "Global Privacy Control" signal are not counted. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in improving the shop (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Third parties

Payments via Stripe; transactional email via our email provider; hosting and file storage providers. No data shared beyond what processors strictly need. Contact and mixing & mastering requests (name, email, track details and the private link you provide) are stored on our server and used only to reply to you.

5. Your rights (GDPR)

Access, correction, deletion at any time — email contact@dnbnsamples.com.

6. Data retention

Order data: 10 years (Italian fiscal law). Download log: for as long as the order is kept. Anonymous statistics: 25 months. Newsletter and welcome codes: until you unsubscribe (used and expired codes are kept with the related order). "Notify me" requests: until 12 months after the release email. Partner cookie: 30 days. Receipts and billing details: 10 years, with the related order.

By accessing or purchasing from dnbnsamples.com you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

DNBNsamples provides downloadable digital audio products operated by Daniele Boni, Italy.

2. Account & orders

Provide accurate info at checkout. Keep your download links private. Orders are confirmed once the payment processor confirms the payment.

3. License

All purchases subject to our License Agreement (EULA).

4. Pricing & payment

Prices in EUR, VAT included where applicable. Payments are processed by Stripe. Because our products are digital content delivered immediately, at checkout you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the download is made available.

5. Refunds

6. Intellectual property

All content owned by Daniele Boni / DNBNsamples unless otherwise stated.

7. Limitation of liability

Service provided "as is". Not liable for indirect/incidental/consequential damages to the maximum extent allowed by Italian law.

8. Governing law

Laws of Italy. Disputes settled by competent courts of the seller's residence.

License Agreement (EULA)

Every sound is designed and produced by DNBN. Here is what you can and can't do with it, followed by the full agreement. Download the PDF.

You can

• Use the Sounds in unlimited original tracks, commercial or non-commercial — 100% royalty-free, forever.
• Release your tracks on labels, Spotify, Apple Music, Beatport, YouTube, SoundCloud and keep all royalties.
• Register your own compositions with SIAE, PRS, ASCAP or any collecting society.
• Use the Sounds for ghost production and client work, as part of a finished track.
• Use them in music for film, TV, games, adverts, podcasts and live/DJ performance.
• Edit, process, layer, re-pitch and re-sample the Sounds in your music.

You can't

• Share, upload or give away the files — not even free products — or pass your copy to anyone else.
• Resell the Sounds, or use them to make sample packs, MIDI packs, preset banks, templates, loop libraries or instruments.
• Use the Sounds in isolation (as sound effects, stock audio or library music without a real composition).
• Train or feed AI / machine-learning systems, or use the Sounds in AI music generators.
• Register a Sound, or a track that is mainly our Sounds, with Content ID or other fingerprinting systems.
• Release our demo tracks or an unchanged template project as your own song.

Layering or processing does not make a Sound your own. Changing a few parameters of a preset, or combining one-shots with other sounds, does not transfer ownership: the original Sound stays the property of DNBN and is only licensed to you. Credit ("Sounds by DNBN Samples") is welcome but never required.

Full licence agreement

The Sounds (samples, loops, one-shots, MIDI files, presets, wavetables and templates, including free products) are licensed, not sold, by Daniele Boni, trading as DNBN / DNBN Samples, Rome, Italy. By downloading or using them you accept these terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

Licence. DNBN grants the original purchaser a worldwide, perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free licence to use the Sounds in combination with other sounds within their own original musical compositions, including songs, remixes, ghost and commissioned productions, soundtracks for film, TV, games and adverts, and live or DJ performance. The licence is for one user only; each additional user needs their own licence.

Restrictions. Copying, sharing, uploading, lending, re-selling, sub-licensing or trading the Sounds, in original or modified form, is strictly prohibited. The Sounds may not be used in isolation (e.g. as sound effects or library music), in any competing product (sample packs, MIDI packs, preset banks, templates, sound libraries or instruments), to train or feed any AI or machine-learning system, or registered — alone or in works consisting mainly of them — with Content ID or other fingerprinting systems. MIDI and presets may be used to create parts in your compositions but may not be distributed as files. Templates and demo tracks may not be released as your own work.

Ownership & termination. All rights in the Sounds remain with DNBN; processing or layering does not transfer ownership. This licence ends automatically if you breach it, and you must then delete all copies. Liability is limited to the price paid, without affecting your statutory consumer rights. Refund Policy

DNBNsamples sells digital goods. Once the download link has been delivered, the product is considered consumed and refunds are generally not available.

When we do refund

• You purchased the same product twice by accident — duplicate refunded within 14 days.
• You did not receive any download link and we cannot resolve the technical issue.
• The product description is materially incorrect and the file is unusable in the advertised environment.

When we cannot refund

• "Changed my mind" after the download link was delivered.
• The pack didn't match your personal taste or production style.
• Wrong DAW (please read system requirements on each product page).

How to request

Email support@dnbnsamples.com within 14 days. Include your order ID, product name, and clear issue description.

Cookies Policy

We use a minimal set of cookies to make the site work and to understand — in aggregate — how it's used.

Strictly necessary

A secure sign-in cookie (only if you log in), and cart contents, wishlist and currency stored in your browser. Required for the site to work.

Statistics (no cookies)

We count product views and add-to-cart clicks on our own server, without cookies, local storage or fingerprinting stored in your browser and without saving IP addresses. The anonymous daily code used to count unique visitors cannot identify you and changes every day. Details in our Privacy Policy. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Partner link (only if you arrive from one)

If you open the site from a partner link, we set one first-party cookie (dnbn_ref) that contains only the partner's name, for 30 days. It is not shared with anyone and is not used to follow you on other sites. It only tells us which partner to credit if you buy. You can delete it at any time from your browser settings. Details in our Privacy Policy.
